The AI Rankings (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates theairankings.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our site.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It collects:

• Pages you visit
• Time spent on pages
• Your general geographic region
• Device and browser type
• How you arrived at our site

Google Analytics tells us how pages are used, not who you are: it doesn’t give us your name, email address or IP address. We have turned off Google signals and ads personalisation, so this data isn’t linked to Google’s advertising features, and we keep event-level data for two months. We use it only to improve our content and understand what’s useful to readers.

We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to see how our pages appear in search results. These report on searches and on our site, and don’t collect any data from your visit.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the technical information any website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

If you email us

If you email us — for example at hello@, listings@ or privacy@theairankings.com — we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to deal with your message, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell one visitor from another. We don’t use any other cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies won’t affect your ability to use this site.

What we don’t collect

We don’t:

• Require accounts or registration
• Collect names, emails or contact details through the site (only if you choose to email us)
• Process payments or financial information
• Use advertising or tracking pixels beyond Google Analytics
• Sell your data, or share it with anyone beyond the services named above

Your rights

You can:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on
• Ask us what information we hold from any email you’ve sent, or ask us to delete it
• Contact us with any privacy questions

Changes to this policy

If we add new features that affect privacy (such as newsletters or user accounts), we’ll update this policy accordingly.
